Luxury Skincare Leader Unveils New Treatments and Technologies

NEW YORK – The leader in luxury skincare services, the Guerlain Spa at the Waldorf Astoria New York will offer an expanded skincare treatment menu, set to launch Oct. 1. This array of new services includes the debut of microdermabrasion and microcurrent non-surgical lift to accompany Guerlain’s renowned expertise and exclusive facial technique and treatment protocols.

The expansion features new technological enhancements and additions to the signature Orchidée Impériale and Abeille Royale facial treatments. Guerlain’s newest luxury innovation in the Orchidée Impériale line employs the recent discovery of cutting-edge Gold Orchid Technology, a breakthrough in skin regeneration. The new Abeille Royale Youth Face Treatment Oil is the first “firmness-boosting” oil of its kind with proven results including an 85% increase in skin firmness and 35% improvement in wrinkles and fine lines.

The services will be launched this fall in preparation for the bustling holiday season. Each service, performed completely in-suite, is complimented by the Guerlain Spa’s exclusive “Final Touch” with complimentary shoe shine, garment steaming and make-up refresh. Guerlain’s complete range of skincare products, ideally used post-treatment to enhance effects, and beauty collection are also available for purchase in the spa and the Guerlain boutique, located in the Waldorf Astoria New York lobby.

Guerlain Orchidée Impériale’s “Cure” Treatment – A premiere treatment showcasing Guerlain’s cutting-edge breakthrough – the Gold Orchid. This luxuriously refined anti-aging facial treatment addresses the global signs of skin aging and accelerates the natural renewal cycle of skin. Facial muscles are expertly stimulated and toned with contours defined by precise Guerlain choreography of hands. Results are further enhanced with the comprehensive, age-defying Orchidée Impériale skincare range, complimenting the signature Guerlain method. Optimal results are received by continuing the process with the customized, four-week “Cure” treatment, an ultra-effective, in-depth skincare regimen providing a luxurious and modern approach that produces striking results.

Abeille Royale Youth Facial Treatment – The latest addition to the unique line of products is born from harnessing the exceptional repairing power of Royale Jelly Concentrate from Guerlain’s signature bees housed on the French island of Ouessant. This expert skincare treatment features the new Abeille Royale Youth Face Treatment Oil. As the first “firmness-boosting” oil, the deluxe and revolutionary fluid hydrates while simultaneously improving skin elasticity. Luxuriously rejuvenating, this signature facial treatment promotes the key mechanisms of skins youthful, healing process to help diminish fine lines and improve firmness and tone. For optimal results, a series of four to eight treatments is suggested.

Micro-Current Lift/Tone Treatment – This is a non-surgical lift to rejuvenate aging skin cells by re-energizing multiple skin layers. Finally, ultrasonic frequencies oxygenate the skin from within, leaving a radiant skin tone.
